Josh and I drove down to Texas at the beginning of the month to see some good friends...
in this picture! We had a great time while we were there.
We went to a drive-in theater and saw The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and Tangled back to back! It was So much fun!!
We've gotten quite a bit of snow lately and are expecting a big snow storm today and tomorrow!
About a week after Josh and I got home from Texas, Zach, Mom, some friends, and I (again :-) all drove down to Texas for an event with TeenPact Leadership Schools (if you don't know what TeenPact is check it out here--http://teenpact.com/)!! The day we left Kansas is was a lovely 1 degree. I just had to take a picture! ;-)
We had a great ride down and on the way we stopped at this place..
and got some Wonderful Kolaches at the Little Czech Bakery in West, Texas!!
(The "Deliciousness is our Business" slogan under the name is so true!)
We were all VERY happy. :D

While we were in Texas we went to the capitol building in Austin. Here we are all dressed up!
Mom got dressed up one day and spent some time in the capitol with us and a few of the moms.
Zach and I are so thankful that we've been given a mother who takes a week out of her life to drive us to Texas, spend a week cooking for 150 people in the kitchen at camp, who does way more for us than we deserve, and who always blesses us with her willingness to serve us!!!
