The kids are out at Ft. Leavenworth. They called some friends this morning and got a group to meet at "Suicide Hill", yes that is what it is called. It is at the top of a hill overlooking the Missouri River. Here are a few pics of what it looks like in our yard this morning. They are calling for us to get several more inches of snow today before it is over.
This little feathered friend decided to visit us on our patio. I don't know how he got in because the patio door was closed, but I opened it for him after I took a couple pics of him.

I can hardly wait!!!! I hope we get snow again this year!!! OK...maybe not THAT much snow 'cause I wouldn't have the courage to go anywhere (didn't like the whole driving on black ice last year!)

Beautiful to look at but terrible to drive in. I love being indoors with a fire and looking at it through the window. Sometimes I miss that. Love the Christmas decorations!! So pretty
